Plumosa’s All Pro Dad Program Launches with Strong Community Engagement.

Plumosa Elementary proudly launched its All Pro Dad program, welcoming 11 fathers and their children for an hour of fellowship and connection. The initiative is designed to strengthen family bonds and promote active fatherhood through monthly gatherings.

Each session includes:

* A one-hour meeting for fathers and their children.

* Activities that celebrate fatherhood and encourage meaningful involvement in their children’s lives.

* A team-building component to foster collaboration and community.

* A motivational speaker to set an inspiring tone for the day.

The kickoff featured an uplifting message from retired Delray Beach Police, Chief Javaro Sims. In December, we were excited to welcome current Delray Beach Police Chief Darrell Hunter, followed by Rev. Johnny Barber.
